Shipping Information
Australia – Retail orders sent to an Australian address have a flat-rate and are sent via Australia Post.
Up to 500g = $10
Up to 1kg = $15
International – Shipping for international retail orders is automatically calculated based on the destination and weight and is sent via Australia Post.
Wholesale Customers
Australia – Shipping for wholesale orders within Australia is automatically calculated based on the destination and weight and is sent via Australia Post.
International – Shipping for international wholesale orders is automatically calculated based on destination and weight and is sent via Australia post.

Delivery
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Delivery is generally within 1-5 business days for Australian orders (except Western Australia and some regional areas which can take up to 7 days). International deliveries are generally within 7-14 working days.
Returns
If there is a fault with a product please contact us immediately at incense@reincense.com.au to resolve the problem. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not refund for change of mind.
Modifications/Cancellations
In the event that you wish to modify your order, you will need to do so at least 24 hours prior to your order being dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at incense@reincense.com.au
